Returns & Exchanges

At waterdrop®, your satisfaction is our priority, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all unopened and unused products. Please note that for hygiene reasons, food items and hydration cubes can only be returned if the original seal remains intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unopened items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
